Renters Insurance

To satisfy your Lease requirements, you must maintain liability insurance for the duration of your tenancy.


  • Option 1: Provide Your Own Renters Insurance - Choose your own provider and policy
  • Must include at least $100,000 in liability coverage, with a minimum of $1,000 for property damage per occurrence
  • Must be effective on your lease start date
  • Add NVAPM, LLC as an additional insured

  • Option 2: Liability to Landlord Insurance (LLI). If you do not wish to obtain Renters Insurance and/or do not upload proof of your own policy, you'll be automatically enrolled with the required monthly fee in FolioGuard Liability to Landlord Insurance at move in, which
    satisfies the lease liability requirement
  • Does NOT cover personal belongings or additional living expenses
  • Fee is charged monthly with your rent, as outlined in your lease

Early Termination

When done properly, exercising a "Lease Buy Out Agreement" is a way to end a lease agreement prior to the expiration of the existing lease agreement.  Please contact us to discuss further.
