Lisa Lucas

Lisa has been at this for quite a while. Since 1991 Lisa has been servicing real estate in the Las Vegas valley. She has worked in several areas, in the early years she was a National Trainer, Branch Manager, Broker & then Property Manager. She has brokered multiple offices & supervised 100’s of agents.
After the crash of 2008, she used that decline in business too educate herself, so she could afford her clients a better way to manage and profit in real estate. Fast forward to today, and you will find the NVAPM, LLC is a well-oiled machine that is redefining the real estate industry. Lisa and her team have grown, flourished and influenced, agents and homeowners not only locally & nationally but internationally as well. As the real estate industry evolves, so has her firm. After years with a large corporate brand, she has elected to move forward on her own & focus on her clients verses, a large number of agents. Her boutique operation allows her to provide personalized attention to all her clients. This may seem a bit adequated with today’s technology but personal attention to detail, a live person to speak with and a hand shake are still critical skills she embodies in everyday business.
Lisa also finds time to volunteer & contribute to many organizations. She has spent many years donating blankets & food to homeless animal shelters. She has also devoted a great deal of time to Shadow Ridge High School & promoting “Girls Flag Football” which is her daughters passion.
Lisa has two adopted children & recently married her longtime love & best friend Ken. When Lisa is not working you will find her out on an ATV, camping, barbecuing with friends or playing with her dogs.
Lisa grew up in a military family, her father was a USMC Pilot & Aerospace Engineer. He embedded in her values that she still mottos her life after today. You never leave a man behind. You help those that you can, and you live a humble & grateful life. Leave people better then you found them. Lisa prides herself on educating anyone that shows interest in building wealth through real estate. It is her passion & calling. Heather Bautista

Heather Bautista is a licensed Realtor and permitted Property Manager in Nevada with over a decade of experience in the real estate and property management industry. Known for her strategic mindset and dedication, Heather specializes in delivering strong financial results, cost-saving solutions, and exceptional customer service to her clients.
Heather oversees every detail of managing her clients’ investments—from inspections and property preservation to market analysis, lease negotiations, accounting, and beyond. Her goal is to streamline processes, protect assets, and maximize returns while ensuring a seamless experience for her clients.
When she’s not managing properties, you’ll likely find Heather cheering on her sons at football or basketball games.
