Renters Insurance

The Landlord requires all Tenants to carry a Tenant Liability Insurance policy that will offer the Landlord $100,000 per occurrence in coverage for tenant liability damages resulting from fire, smoke, explosion, backup or overflow of sewer, drain or sump, water damage, falling objects and collision with vehicles.

Early Termination

EARLY TERMINATION involves having NAPM find you a replacement tenant and reducing your liability. We have successfully completed Early Lease Terminations our residents who exercise this option.


When done properly, exercising the Early Termination ‘Option’ of the lease agreement is a way to end a lease agreement early. You may be released from your contractual liability provided all the terms and conditions set forth in the attached addendum. Please contact us to discuss further.

Cleaning Requirements

The following cleaning requirements must be completed when vacating the property and the property should be left thoroughly cleaned. Please use this checklist to ensure that you covered all your responsibilities under the Lease. Each item on this list will be checked for compliance at your move out walk through.


The Owner of your rental is in business to make a profit by leasing out their real estate. There is no profit in cleaning and repairing the property after you have moved out. Exceptions for normal wear are considered when settling your account at the end of the lease.

Complete and deliver the form provided to notify us of your intent to move out of your rental property 30 days prior to your Lease termination date. Once you fill out the form below, you will be contacted with further instructions.
